"Lovely surprise"

We came for a wedding in Nerja and booked this hotel for a week. Firstly, none of the photos on the website do this hotel justice. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was a lovely surprise how fresh, comfortable and clean this hotel is. All the staff were outstanding, making for a wonderful warm Spanish dish of hospitality. Osca and Maria at front of house were exceptional. We want to come back!

"Hôtel très décevant mais très beau spot "

Hôtel très bien situé mais pas à la hauteur d’un Mélia 4 étoiles ! Chambre à la déco vieillotte, très mauvaise literie, nettoyage très moyen, climatisation mal odorante, pas d’oreiller supplémentaire, pas de coffre-fort, langue parlée uniquement Espagnole et anglais uniquement à l’accueil, pas de bar au bord de la piscine mais un distributeur de boissons ! Au bar de l’hôtel impossible d’avoir un cocktail ils avaient juste du Martini et du rhum..! Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles! Par contre petit déjeuner et dîner très bon avec du choix et panorama splendide ce qui fait oublier un peu le reste !

"hotel frente a la playa "

hotel pendiente de una renovación interior, las habitaciones y baños un poco antiguas, resto ok. Seria interesante que en el parking instalaran un cargador para V.E. ya que en todo el pueblo no hay ningún cargador y puede ser un punto a favor del hotel.

The views are wonderful. Very tasty breakfast on the terrace. Comfortable bed.

The hotel furnishings could benefit from modernisation and upgrading. Especially so around the pool area.
