Beds ok. Breakfast ok. Usually hotel offerings.

No front desk staff. Had to go next door to Comfort Inn to check in.No hot water. Said it came from Comfort Inn so we're supposed to run water for 10 to 15 min.

This was a terrible and extremely misleading experience. Last night we booked a room at this hotel through Booking.com for $63. When we arrived to check in, the staff suddenly demanded a $150 deposit, which was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. Because of this hidden requirement, we were unable to check in. We only had about $50 available at that moment, and the staff refused to help or offer any solution. As a result, we were forced to leave late at night and look for another place to stay. This is completely unacceptable. If your hotel requires a $150 deposit, it must be clearly stated on Booking.com before customers make a reservation. Otherwise it looks like a deliberate way to mislead guests. Guests should be aware that the advertised price does not reflect the real requirements at check-in. I strongly recommend travelers be very careful before booking this place.
