It's an outdated hotel & somewhat rundown but staff was very friendly & courteous. For a one night stop over it's good. The plus was the restaurant and bar on site so no need to wander off for food & drinks

The tv would not work because it didn’t recognize that I was checked in. The Welcome screen said “No Guest Checked In”. The desk clerk tried several things in my room to correct it but could not and said I was checked in properly. We unplugged the tv several times and rebooted the entire system but it continued to display the same thing on the screen. Spectum Cable is their tv company. Either they did not program the tv properly or the desk clerk had not been instructed or taught how to correct the problem. I stay there about twice a year and usually have no incidents. I do not hold the desk clerk responsible… She spent a lot of time trying to fix it but couldn’t and told me there wasn’t anyone until the following day who could help. There was no manager on duty, just her. I never got upset with her and told her she didn’t need to give me a different room. I watched tv on my phone instead but had hoped to have more than a 3x5 inch screen for the evening. She was pleasant and tried diligently to be of assistance. No complaints with her effort. I can’t imagine that this was the first time this had happened and I wonder why it hasn’t been addressed by management or Spectrum before now?????

The staff member at the front desk was great!! They even had a treat package for my travel partner (German shepherd). Thanks for the great stay.

Tv was broken ..didn't work ..phone never worked..air dryer potential fire hazard..help could speak English at all??????????? WeNeeded a few replacements towels for a multi nite stay and sadly the cart maid could not even understand request for said towels... staff was hardly bothered by multi physical trips to and from the front desk to request help with non functioning tv r... refrigerator door was ajar because of improper cabinet housing and noisy.......staff called multi times to try to get me to move to a different room..staff called at least a couple times to charge cc which room was on a pay at time of check in offer all.while I was driving on interstate. Didn't ask if I was driving..Very disappointed and it kinda ruined the trip.

The bed was comfortable. The shower worked good.

We found TWO COCKROACHES in our room!!!!! I left one of them in a kleenex on the bathroom vanity. We reported it to the front desk. Hopefully, the problem gets eliminated!!!😝

Everything and everyone were we really nice. The only thing was their wifi was non existent. I had to go to the restaurant or lobby to use it by frustrating.
