The Old Coach House

Jackie is an excellent host. Makes you feel welcome nothing too much trouble, chats to all the guests every morning at breakfast and is genuinely interested about what your upto that day and how was your last. We stayed in the little cottage ideal for the two of us, you have WiFi kitchen( if you want to cook) good sized bedroom( low ceiling) so be careful if your taller than 6ft. Its a talking point and doesn't ruin your enjoyment.The cottage also has hairdryer, towels, shower, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, iron and ironing board, the only thing it didnt have is a washing machine. We used the cottage as a central point and went to many sites Cornwall has to offer. Jackie is fountain of knowledge so if its a place to go or where to eat she the one to ask nothing too much trouble. One final thing the breakfasts are very good.

Breakfast was great and I was able to change my options depending i=on how I felt. Staff answered questions and made enlightened answers for my enjoyment and entertainment

a map showing their exact location would have eased my problems with the car GPS taking me up tiny country roads.

From the warm welcome received to when we left, we felt very relaxed at The Old Coach House - our room, overlooking the garden, was outstanding, breakfasts superb and most important, Jackie and her team were so friendly and helpful. If planning to stay in the Boscastle area, we would highly recommend that this accommodation be considered.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Lovely room with a great view, in a beautiful property. There was a bath in the ensuite and on-site parking, which was very convenient. Well-located in North Cornwall, 10 minutes walk from the harbour. Really helpful host, with fantastic cooked breakfast!
