歧视外国游客！！歧视女性！！！欺诈消费者，威胁恐吓，强行我在此投诉该酒店以及booking平台，包括：威胁恐吓欺诈消费者、误导消费者、言语威胁、涉嫌歧视外国女性旅客，以及在深夜强制驱逐已付款住客等行为。此次经历已对我的身心造成极大压力与伤害。 首先，酒店前台两位工作人员在整个沟通过程中态度极其恶劣，存在明显的敌意和不尊重行为。作为一名独自旅行的中国女性旅客，我在合理沟通住宿问题时，并未获得任何应有的帮助，反而遭到对方训斥、恐吓与驱赶。工作人员并未尝试解决问题，而是不断升级矛盾。 其次，我在入住前约20天，已通过平台留言明确提出希望安排安静房间。如酒店无法满足，完全可以提前回复说明。尤其目前并非旅游旺季，我本有充足时间重新选择其他酒店。然而酒店始终未作任何回应，直到我抵达后才表示“没有其他房间可安排”，导致我陷入被动局面。 更严重的是，入住时前台工作人员以“帮我升级两晚房型、避免换房”为由进行说明，但事后我发现第二晚房间价格实际上比第一晚低约60欧元。也就是说，对方所谓的“升级”并不成立，反而存在误导消费者及不透明收费的问题。当我对此提出疑问时，该工作人员情绪明显激动，不仅拒绝正面解释，还以讽刺语气反问我“是否做过酒店行业”，并不断强调他们系统有多复杂，完全没有服务。强行要我接受他的不合理抢钱行为？ 此外，另一位年长男性工作人员几乎无法正常使用英语沟通，却始终以极其蛮横、不耐烦的态度对待我，甚至以训斥口吻与我讲话。这种行为令人震惊，也完全不符合现代酒店行业的基本职业标准。 最令人无法接受的是，在当晚深夜约凌晨10点左右，我被酒店强行要求离开。期间前台甚至向警方错误表示“我未支付11日晚房费，因此不能继续入住”。但事实上，我的订单早已完成付款。酒店方面在未妥善处理订单、未提供正式书面说明、也未完成退款的情况下，仅以驱逐客人为目的处理此事。 我被迫在深夜临时寻找新的住宿地点，不仅额外承担高昂房费，也在长时间奔波后承受了极大精神压力与安全焦虑。整个过程中，酒店工作人员始终缺乏最基本的同理心与职业素养。更令人不适的是，在警方将我带离现场时，我甚至拍摄到前台人员露出嘲笑与得意神情。 我强烈要求平台及酒店管理层： 1. 调取并核查酒店前台监控录像，全面调查事件全过程； 2. 对相关工作人员的不当行为、误导消费者及涉嫌歧视问题进行正式处理； 3. 对本人因此产生的额外住宿费用、精神损害及不合理收费给予合理赔偿； 4. 尽快明确订单状态并完成应有退款； 5. 重新审核该酒店在平台上的评分及运营资格，避免更多消费者遭遇类似情况。 此次事件是我人生中第一次遭遇深夜被酒店强制驱逐的情况。作为消费者，我完全无法接受一家正规平台上的酒店以如此方式对待已经付款入住的客人。我希望平台能够认真处理，而不是纵容此类行为继续发生。

I am filing a formal complaint regarding an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience at the hotel. What happened was not simply poor service — it involved discrimination against a foreign female guest, intimidation, deceptive conduct, and being forcibly removed from the hotel late at night despite having a valid paid reservation. First, two front desk employees demonstrated serious discriminatory and abusive behavior toward me. Their attitude was aggressive, intimidating, and openly hostile. Instead of helping a paying guest, they argued with me, threatened me, and ultimately forced me out of the hotel. Second, the hotel provided virtually no customer service whatsoever. I had contacted the hotel management nearly 30 days in advance requesting a quiet room. If such a room was unavailable, they could have informed me beforehand, especially during low season when I still had many other hotel options. Instead, they ignored my request entirely. Upon arrival, they claimed there was “no other room available,” and the situation quickly escalated into confrontation and intimidation. Third, I believe I was deliberately deceived financially. During check-in, the front desk staff falsely claimed they had “upgraded” my booking for two nights so I would not need to change rooms. In reality, the second night’s room was actually around 60 euros cheaper than the first night’s deluxe room, meaning I was effectively overcharged and misled. When I questioned this, the staff member became angry and defensive, lecturing me about how “complicated hotel room allocation systems are” and even sarcastically asking whether I had ever worked in the hotel industry. Another older male staff member, who could barely communicate in English, behaved in an extremely rude and aggressive manner, speaking to me as though scolding a child. I was genuinely shocked that such behavior still exists in modern hospitality service. Most seriously, I was forcibly removed from the hotel around 1:00

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, it’s spotlessly clean throughout and its location is perfect.

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais la salle est vraiment petite et nous sommes les uns sur les autres. Super emplacement à Sitges. Chambres très confortables.

Il est dommage que disposant d'un parking en sous sol , l'accès soit limité aux véhicules de petite dimension compte tenu de l'étroitesse de l'entrée. Nous avons pu trouver une place dans une rue voisine mais ce fut vraiment une chance.
