"Not up to the hampton name"

Dog barked for 2 hours on the afternoon we arrived. Apparently a service dog that was left in the hotel room. At 1am a group of people left the hotel and wanted everyone to know. We did not like the overall hotel design. The internal open area only contributed to the internal noise. Hotel staff was nice, especially the lady covering the breakfast area. Glad we only stayed one night.

"Not what I ordered "

I don’t know who is responsible for this, I booked a room for 5 adults but was given a 4 person room with no ability to bring in a cot. My son had to go pay over a hundred dollars a night for a room down the street. Really not cool since 5 other rooms were reserved at this hotel chosen by me as it could accommodate 5 adults in one room. Will not use Hotels.com again

"Worst hotel ever"

My husband and I spend about 4 days a month in a hotel. This is the worst we have ever stayed at. The staff was the most unprofessional ever. The sheriff visited the facility the first night we were there, due to complaints from patrons. Employees lounged out front smoking both mornings. I usually give excellent reviews, but this place was awful. Our daughter lives in Bremen, and we will not stay here ever again when we visit!!!

Heather at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming! Our room was ready and clean upon arrival. Ms. Faye, who prepares breakfast was amazing- her blueberry waffle batter is delicious! I also enjoyed the fitness center, they have a variety of free weights and it was very clean. 10/10 would highly recommend.
