"Rude manger very uncomfortable"

My 2 days at this hotel was amazing no issue until I got a late check out. The day manager extremely rude came said I needed to leave now she didn’t approve no late check out. And I have 5 mins and she’s calling the police I’m just all around shocked because I’ve never been spoken to that way. To the point your employees apologize on her behalf saying that’s how she talks to people!!!

250 dollar required securities deposit that takes up to a week to get returned . to u . every other place as soon as I walk out of hotel money is returned to me this place I gotta wait a week for my own money wtf

Cleanliness and how the staff treats their guests. With the snowstorm we just had in Harrisburg. The kitchen here was definitely a plus for food. Everything was amazing.

Cant name anything I didn’t like.

"This was a very nice hotel that met our needs for the short time we needed it! Very clean & quiet!"

It was clean, quiet and just what we needed to lay our heads for the women's conference we were attending. The only negative is we only had 2 large towels and there were 4 booked to stay in the room!

We had the room book with 4 ladies for the night and there were only 2 large towels in the bathroom!
