Clean, well furnished, beautiful view

Comfortable bed, great views & a really useful location just 800m from South Brisbane station & 300m from lovely west end

The latch on the bathroom door was broken leaving little privacy/separation from the bedroom

The place was nice and small and comfortable

The not knowing about the deposit part and how long it’s taking to get my money back

I originally booked the room for just over $3000 closer to the date the same room was advertised for just under $1700 I re booked after confirming there would be no difference in the booking or room. I’ve stayed here a few times and have also loved the rooms. The room I received was not good at all, was advertised with an extra large bed and we had a Q size and was very uncontactable, the bathroom sink barely worked that we were brushing out teeth in the kitchen, was quite disappointing. I could t wait to get home

The location was good as we travelled to watch footy games at Suncorp Stadium.

The size of the room, as it was too small and not enough space to move around. No balcony as I prefer a bit of fresh air when sleeping not the aircon. The fan was making a weird noise therefore I had to turn it off to sleep at night. When I called reception and asked to change room the staff at the reception said No as we have already checked in but we have been in the room for like 5 minutes before I called and asked. Very poor customer service. Security deposits take too long to go back into bank accounts.
