"afternoon front desk was no help in my problem and was a total let down on Comfort Inn stays.."

it was close to the airport.... also free shuttle to and from the airport... the breakfast was good...but the dinner menu lacked... but our sandwich was ok...

didn't like the the man behind the bar in the morning, I am thinking he was the breakfast host 'horking' during our breakfast...it was gross....also we were to get a pick up from the airport on our return.... we called the number provided 5 times and no one picked up... we had to persuade the cab company take us to the hotel . they charged us $40. for 2 people. when i complained at the desk at hotel, he said he was there all the time and if I called the right number... he offered no help, no compensation...I would like someone to contact me through my email please ...

Location is good the property needs serious updating it’s 2025 and the hotel looks like the 70s inside room smelled dingy looked old staff was great the chairs around the hotel have stains they need to redo everything to bring it up to date with the times

The food was great in the bar area, while watching the football game

The issue that we had was with the bathroom and how low the toilet was, maybe the water was set too high and this made using the toilet quite a challenge

"My stay was fair."

Bed was comfortable

Shower was not clean. It had pubic hairs in it. I ended up scrubbing it down myself.
