no fridge. bathroom dirty. no soap. 1 towel not even a hand towel to dry hands it looked a storage room, exercise equipment inside and a small vending machine for drinks. THE AC was dusty when i got turned on

"HORRIBLE MANNERS!"

0 starts: worse service from front desk. Zero companion. Zero patience! Made a reservation running from the hurricane. I called 1hr later to remove it due to finding refugee and needing the money for my kids. The person at the front desk started yelling through the phone telling me how he has to deal with check outs and people and that he had no time for any of this. I stayed I understood but I was trying to remove the reservation since last night anf it was my 2nd called i was told 1st to call expedia wich i did (waited for 2hr) expedia state they where met with a rude person and they are sorry but couldn't help me. Due to (no show) mind you I called 1hr after I made the reservation to remove it. I explained I'm running from Hurricane Milton in Florida & I needed the money for the kids and it was my 2nd attempt at calling the hotel. The person on the front desk started yelling again. I asked for his name he did not want to give me his name. (DAY SHIFT: MALE 9AM *spoke with Indian accent) I used to work with Wyndham in Orlando FL. Never did I expect to be met by someone yelling from front desk.

Property was clean when we got there, it smelled strongly of cleaner. It was good for the price we paid. It is slightly inconvenient to get in/out of the entrance to the parking lot as the road has a median right in front of entrance way, isn’t too bad once you get it figured out. It is very convenient that there is a Waffle House really close by to grab a bite to eat. Although if you are a light sleeper I do not recommend staying here as we could very loudly hear the planes flying overhead. Overall 3/5 stars.

"Best Room on Old National Hwy"

Coming to the property I was a little hesitant but I was greeted by the nice guy at the front desk. He gave me options for a room for single or double bed and mentioned they now have deluxe rooms from recent renovations. (I got a double bed deluxe room.) When I first came into the room I was shocked. It is a hidden gem. There was hardwood floors in the room, nice tile floors in the shower. The hotel had good wifi and a microwave & fridge. Everything was clean and spotless and had no odors. I would recommend this room to anyone coming from out of town because it is safe, comfortable, efficient, and clean.

Overall the stay was decent. The doors not properly closing had me nervous but the room was as advertised otherwise and it was thankfully safe and quiet despite the area so I'm very grateful for that concern. Would likely stay there again.
