The property had no tv, no wifi and no running water in my room. Plus lots of vagrants around...poor customer service I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this place. The only upside is they did refund my money!

I didn’t get my $100 deposit back after I left and I left my $200 MK coat that I also wasn’t able to redeem and other personal belongings. All the restaurants I went to get food nearby didn’t have food available to serve plus I was threatened by local people in the area when trying to go to these restaurants. So I was not able to sleep there for the night I had to leave and go to another hotel plus the phone in the room was not working so I was not able to get in contact with the person I was sharing the room with.

"Management sucks"

the room I stayed in, seem to have had some type of renovation done. Apparently the bathroom and the shower was not done by qualified plumbers because the entire handle just came off and management is saying it’s something I did. They will try to keep your deposit I will take them to small claims court, if they keep a one penny of my deposit

Check-in we crazy. Didn't have my room got to the 3rd floor and the key didn't work. So three flights of stairs I'll go back down with luggage. Then I get into a room that was dirty TV don't work didn't have a phone. As for help they say they were going to fix it but nothing. Worst place ever

"Don't stay here place is dump of the Whydam hotel chains ."

The hotel is not being run according to Super 8 standards. I stayed there four days they refuse to clean the room. No towels in the room, no toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo, no coffee maker, no breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, key didn't work several times the desk blamed me when the key wasn't working. Ran down hotel for sure. No elevators. Drug dealers staying there obviously. No toilet paper holder. I don't see how Whydam hotel company allows this hotel to even run. No ice bucket in the room. No bath mat. The handle for faucet for bathtub didn't work.
