"Very enjoyable!"

We've stayed here before and like the lsurrounding ocation and the hotel itself.

The only thing that isn't up to the other standards of the hotel is the bed matress......it needs to be replaced!

Our second day/night was filled with Girl Scouts in and out of their rooms. I wish parents would have kept their enthusiastic girls inside their rooms.

"Met my expectations."

The bed in our room and pillows were comfortable. Late checkout was nice.

The staff were not overly friendly. Also paying $18-21 for a breakfast buffet when you paid $180 a night is ridiculous.

"quite enjoyable"

The facilities (gym and swimming pool) are great. The room and beds are comfortable.

The hotel is in the middle of renovation and my friends on second floor heard all the renovation in the morning. I wish there is more open sitting area so we can meet with friends to chat. There is some good outdoor sitting area but it is too cold to be used in March.

"Money taken at reception from my debit card not owed."

The bed rooms and general facilities were nice and clean

I have an outstanding supplementary charge to my debit card which I do not owe. I only noticed having left the Park Ridge hotel and called from the airport on my journey home. The manner and service experienced was appalling. I received no explanation. The amount was €174 . I will continue to pursue the refund but travellers beware you are not scammed!

"Comfortable and convenient location"

Good location close to shopping at Montvale and Wagmen’s supermarket, nice staff and next door access to Life GYM ( the best if you did not see it)

Cramped a little, some function on the weekend So little busy fir breakfast and at night but all fun

"Worst. Marriott. Ever."

This is the absolute worst Bonvoy property and staff I’ve ever stayed at and dealt with. This is coming from someone with Ambassador Elite status. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t stay here. Ever. Choose any other property in the area.
