Delta Hotels by Marriott Montreal

Location was very good for our needs. Wish there were more restaurants nearby.

Bed was too soft for my wife who ended up sleeping on the love seat. Large group of teens were here for a tournament and they ran roughshod in the pool area. The lifeguard was more interested in folding towels than managing the pool or the teen occupants. Hot tub was tepid.

Lit confortable

Nous n’avons pas de factures. L’hôtel et Booking se relancent continuellement pour dire que l’un ou l’autre doit fournir la facture au client. Nous sommes pris dans ce conflit en otage entre ces partenaires et ne pouvons rien faire. C’est la deuxième fois en 1 mois que nous vivons cette expérience malheureuse. Nous sommes venus à la conclusion que nous n’allons plus utiliser le service de Booking.com car cela semble un problème répondu et récurrent. Ceci entraîne des problèmes légaux car nous ne pouvons même pas voir si nos taxes de ventes sont bien remises aux gouvernements et nous avons besoins de la facture pour réclamer les crédits sur intrants. Définitivement que cela mais un doute sur le modèle d’affaires de Booking.com et sur la continuité d’exploitation de ce modèle d’affaire dans ces circonstances. Nous vous recommandons de ne pas réserver de chambres d’hôtel via booking.com tant que ce problème ne soit pas régler entre eux et leurs partenaires car comme consommateurs vous êtes pris dans cet engrenage et vous vivez une mauvaise expérience client de devoir continuellement vous battre pour obtenir une facture

Staff were very friendly

The hotel is located walkable distance from a lot of the stores and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We felt very safe walking around at night and we were always 20 to 30 mins away by foot. I really liked that the hotel was very pet friendly, they even provided us a spacious room. My puppy had ample room to run around! The cleaning staff was very friendly as well. Also, the restaurant staff provided my puppy with cooked veggies and egg (for a price). They did not have to do that but they did even on a busy night. I really appreciated that!

I did not like the the distance I need to walk from entering the hotel lobby to the elevator. The carpet in the room was a brown colour and wasn't very appeasing to the eye or the feet to be completely honest. Maybe switch it out for hardwood if its a pet friendly room? The balcony was dusty and and could have used a sweep.

Großes Zimmer, ein Pool, in dem man wirklich schwimmen kann, Porzellan beim Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen.

Einmal standen wir morgens am Pool und durften zur Öffnungszeit nicht schwimmen, weil kein Lifeguard da war. Mehr gesunde Optionen ein Frühstück wären schön.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie, behoorlijk bed.

Het gebouw is volledig verouderd, het vloertapijt was slecht gelegd, het terras was vuil en amper afgewerkt, de ramen waren vuil aan de binnenzijde. Ik boekte dit hotel voor het zwembad, en heb spijt van mijn keuze, het zwembad is erg verouderd.

The hotel is downtown, some parking available. Its not in the best location, but walking distance to stores and lots of restaurants. The staff are very good, and work to help you. Rates are decent, and the breakfast buffet is worth the price. The exterior, including the balconies are dated and require some work, but the rooms are perfectly fine and up to date.
