Good hotel well located with good restaurant.

The management of the pool and spa . First it is not smart to close these for the whole afternoon ... it's the first place the kids wants to go . Second, when it was finally open ( in the evening) the spa was going thru maintenance and of couse close . Disappointing especially because I picked this hotel for these facilities.

Sur booking, il était indiqué qu'il n'y avait pas de stationnement, mais il y a un stationnement sous l'hôtel, il est payant toutefois. On s'était stationné dans un stationnement un peu plus long ne sachant pas.

Great location, spacious room. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice.

It was a nice sized room but there was ONE dresser drawer. In a room with only 2 queen beds, you'd assume at least 2 people are staying there (if not more, as in our case there were 3). Where do you put your clothes? The odd part is there was lots of space in the room because it had an untraditional shape. I've never been in any hotel room with one drawer! Also the parking situation is very odd. The machine gives you no ticket so there's lots of confusion around that even though it did work out ok.

It was a really family friendly atmosphere. The food was great. Staff were extremely helpful.
