Quintessa Hotel Sapporo Susukino 63 Relax&Spa

Staff was very nice and friendly to me. Granted I speak some Japanese and understand a good deal more (I lived here for 3 years but it was 7 years ago so my speaking is very rusty). But I was sort of a problem guest ,(I spilled a latte on my bed when packing, for example). But mainly they were VERY helpful when my Taq-u-bin didn't arrive. It was at the other Quintessenta a few blocks away. They helped track it down and then went to the other hotel to get it for me. The rooms are also a little bigger than an APA which is nice. Also the spa is lovely and the bath salts are a lot of fun. One thing to know: you may find people don't know this hotel exists and they drive you to or deliver luggage to the other one which is a short walk away. Obviously, that doesn't take away from the hotel at all, but just be aware it exists.

Had a nice couple of nights here. Decent location and room. Good onsen as well, great breakfast and really friendly service. Would stay again.

雪が結構降っていましたが近くまで地下街があり歩道も割と雪かきされているので歩きやすかったです。

Well located in Sapporo with very clean but very compact rooms. Amenities available if needed, but can’t get a proper coffee in the morning without paying for a full breakfast. 😕.

サウナが最高！部屋は普通。 サウナがとても良かったです。温度や湿度のバランスがちょうどよく、しっかり汗をかけました。水風呂も気持ちよくて、整う感覚を存分に味わえました！ 一方で、部屋は特に特徴もなく普通でした。清潔感はありましたが、特別感を求めるなら少し物足りないかも。 サウナ目的で利用するには十分満足できる施設でした！

I really liked the bath in the basement of the hotel. And the accommodation was comfortable and clean. I was happy to stay at a nice hotel

We enjoyed the generous sleeping setup in the room and the authentic Japanese experience of public bath tub in the basement. The neighborhood is full of dining/drinking and shopping options, and the annual ice sculpture festival is almost right outside.

大浴場があり、清潔で気持ちよかったです。 お部屋も綺麗で満足です。
