"booking with travel lodge cost me $30 for Uber, cost of replacing ID, my service animal is now sick"

I was escaping a DV situation and when I got there the employee cancelled my reservation bc I was not aware I must have physical credit card for $200 deposit. The option I was given was that I could instead bring the cash. My qaller and phone has beenn stolen so I was using a virtual card and wifi phone. The rude employee shrugged her shoulders in a " not my problem manner " as she smirked when I explained my situation and asked to speak to a manager.i offered to cash app it and was turned down. I asked for wifi so I can try to make arrangements for 200 and she refused.I explained I was escaping dangerous men because I got my abuser arrested and his friends were looking for me with guns. I got the room so I can be somewhere safe and buy ticket out of city and my life was in danger and to please call manager and let me speak them but I was denied. Then I asked for refund and I was refused even though she clearly said to me and the gentlemen employee that SHE cancelled my reservation. Police came and it was a damn slap to my face and I felt scammed and robbed by your cooperation when I heard the employee lie to the police and say my reservation was cancelled because of my registered service animal. I was further humiliated by officers telling me it was about my dog and they don't have to let me stay there if they don't want to because of my dog. Up until that moment there had never been any mentions of issues with my registered service animal. They kept saying the dog bc they blnever even thought to ask me if he was a service animal or a pet which I am sure Travelodge understands there is a big difference between a service animal and a pet dog I hope. Well to make matters worse, I was forced to sleep on cold concrete with my service animal, no ability to communicate with loved ones who were worried sick about my whereabouts.

Let me cash app her and she pulled money out for me so we can eat and safely travel. Thank God for her bc Travelodge had zero compassion and lacked human respect or dignity and I'm sure if my skin color matches that employees ,I would have been treated better and helped by the employees as well as officers. And then to add insult to injury, I receive messages from Travelodge asking what time I'm checking out and did I enjoy my stay all while they ignore my email for the refund for a reservation they cancelled. I will never book with Travelodge nor will I hesitate to show the video from the night to every person wh o considers booking with y'all. Now would y'all please respond to the email from booking. Com and cancel the reservation like that employee lied and said she did so I can get my refund and never deal with you guys again. I thank you in advance for your quick response and even quicker return of my money your holding hostage. With all so respect, FevenWoldeyohannes . Also I would appreciate my ID back if it's there.
