Loved the self-serve coffee machine.

I would tidy up all the boxes stacked in the hallway.

I loved the aesthetic, especially in the lobby and bar area. The location is right in the middle of Japantown which meant my mom and I could walk to everything we wanted to do. The staff were fantastic, friendly, competent, and accommodating at all times. The shower in the room was huge and luxurious.

The heater in my room way LOUD. They did provide ear plugs, but honestly it kind of cheapened the experience. The rooms were nicely decorated but appeared cheap, the carpet was frayed around the edges of the room, and the linens felt like they may have been made out of plastic.

Great location in Japantown with very clean and safe parking adjacent. Rooms comfortable and completely appointed. Very comfortable large lobby.

Nice neighborhood

I pre-paid in advance and upon checkout they charged all the fees (not just the destination fee) and taxes again for almost $90. The booking.com disclaimer only said "A 34.58 USD destination fee will be charged upon check-in at the hotel" but does not say per night I completed my post-checkout survey but no one from Hyatt has contacted me to correct the issue I also think this hotel needs updates in the rooms. No furniture in room besides bed and desk, a lot of street noise, & outdated clanky HVAC in room

Access to Japan town, coffee station and kind staff.

I would have preferred to have a bette r view, than being on street level. I had forgotten to ask about having a view. Otherwise everything was ok.
