You pay a fair price for the package of show, dinner and room. At check in they charge you an additional $25 for parking and $30 for room incidentals. In the room there are only the most basic amenities. It feels dishonest to say the least.

Facilities and staff were great. The communial pool and bar were fantastic.

Live concerts were held over the weekend which ended at 22h30, and our room was located near the entrance to the venue. The concerts themselves were not the issue. It was the noise due to people leaving and hanging around afterwards until the early hours. Guest experience could be improved by having door staff positioned outside the exit doors, asking people to be quiet.

Beautiful grounds and clean! Sierra at pool bar very nice. James at front desk working hard as he was by himself. Did what I requested and followed up with a phone call. Did a great job!☺️
