I did not like the property

The assigned room did not reflect the room posted in the photos. It is very misleading that I booked a room with small garden (as posted on the photos); however, my assigned room was facing a pool with no signs of garden. Later on, I had a problem with the wifi. I contacted the front desk for them to instructed that I need to call a number to resolve the issue myself. I was wondering what exactly the receptionist was doing at 11pm that he could not assist me with the wifi. I couldn’t imagine that he was busy checking in customers at 11pm. The walls were paper thin; I could hear a family next room screaming and talking loudly at 0730 am. At that point, I didn’t want to even complain since the receptionist was not helpful at all the previous night. I paid close to $300/night on top of parking fee for what is below mediocre service. I could go on and on but I think I have painted a good picture of how horrible it was. Would suggest AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Our room was close to the Pool and spa.

They charge for parking and I could not find that information on Booking.com before booking. They should add that information and visible for each property in Booking.com. It was $35 per day parking and it's just annoying to have surprise add-ons. Also, on the receipt that I received, it already showed we paid for the resort fee. And when we got there, they charge an additional resort fee. And on the receipt, it also included shuttle service to sea world. But when you call the front desk, they charge $5 per person and have to schedule the drop off and pick up. 1 room $583.20 14.95 % TAX $93.17 US$ 20 Resort fee per night $40 Total : $716.37 If I add the $35 per day parking for 2 days that is only $70 So I should only be charged $786.37. But my credit card showed I was charge $886.34 I requested a breakdown, hopefully it's going to be corrected properly.
