"Booking.com's Failure send Free Cancellation request to Hyatt Hotel"

The hotel made note on the account that they would be receiving the request from Booking and would grant the free cancellation request. "$300 for convenient filth"

Convenient location.

Air conditioner had not been cleaned in quite some time. It was clogged with pet dander, dirt, and hair. Whole family woke up with allergy issues. Refrigerator had previous guests food left in it. Hallways where left littered with food trays for over 12 hours. Breakfast is bland and microwaved.

"Clean and Convenient"

This location was very clean. The rooms were well appointed and the breakfast was nicely presented and offered a good selection. We stayed at this location because our granddaughter was playing softball at Drakes Creek, and it was very close and convenient. No indoor pool bummed the kids a little, but as it was they did not have time to swim. It is also close to some shopping and many places to eat.

"Best Room Layout Ever"

We were very impressed with the room's layout. The location of the sink, bathroom, 'kitchen' like area with the mini fridge, and sitting area were all arranged in a very functional flow. I wish all hotel rooms were laid out this way. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
