"BEWARE"

BEWARE. This hotel will charge you twelve dollars TO PARK YOUR CAR. You will only find this out when you arrive. The hotel is just OK, nothing special. The twelve buck is not a concern, but that is no way to run a business. My family and I will NEVER return to this hotel or any other Hyatt location.

Have to pay extra for parking. They don’t have there own parking lot. They do but charge for parking in the hotel even you stay at the hotel

"They charge for parking, make sure everything in room works before settling in"

It was close and convenient to everything. Free breakfast. No extra charge for late check out and early check in. Staff was great.

They charge for parking, years ago they didn't it's changed, and it's expensive to be charging that much and not to be in downtown Atlanta. They even charged me for an extra night of parking. Doesn't matter because I won't be going back. The fire alarm went off and it was no fire (faulty system they said) my room heater did not work had to change room, they apologize because the building is old and changed it for free and the toilets were very low, ours wasn't attached to the floor it moved

"Definatly will not be staying here again!"

Breakfast, TV wasnwhick 't working,someone had Spilt something sticky in the elavator overnight, which was not cleaned up overnight. Bottm line, it was a horrible night!
