Very bad facility, not at clean, room was wet , customer service was so bad , and they charged me twice! Had to checked out earlier

My stay was far from comfortable. I was in town on business. The first room they gave me reeked of mold so bad I wanted to vomit. The second room I was given was right next to a side exit, and every time someone opened or closed the door, it slammed so hard it kept startling me throughout the night. On top of that, the room wasn’t clean. There were noticeable hairs and stains on the sheets, and the rugs looked dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, it was not the kind of experience I expected or would want to repeat.

Price

The entire Hyatt brand could benefit from adopting the approach and personalities of the staff at this location; their friendliness feels genuine, which is noticeably different from other Hyatt properties, where interactions can sometimes feel more transactional. Despite being outside Atlanta, I would absolutely stay here again. I love nature, and the view from my room reflected that beautifully. Plus, having a mall just five minutes away was an added convenience.

Amazing stay. Super quiet location near plenty of food places 1 block away. A well managed and staffed team. GM and AGM are onsite. Checkin process is fast and super friendly. Housekeeping is dedicated and hard working. Maintenance is there everyday making sure property is looking great and everything works. The breakfast and bar employees make sure food is fresh and replenished- especially during busy weekends. Keep up the great work. **ONLY book direct via Hyatt for additional perks like early/late checkin/checkout. Don’t leave valuable Hyatt points on the table!!

Nice and clean

I booked and paid through booking.com and once arrival I paid the 50 dollar deposit and 24 was supposed to come out that for parking but the hotel charge my card in total of $329 dollars on three different transactions. I’m pissed with these bank statements

The female desk employee, who appeared to be in her 50s or late 50s, was so incredibly unfriendly and combative during our interaction on Sep/13/25 (Saturday /around 5pm)at the main reception desk that I was deeply offended and cannot forget the day. The staff member seemed ready to argue rather than provide basic assistance. I would hesitate to return after such a poor level of service.
