Hubo mala información respecto al desayuno incluido. Me dijero por teléfono que estaba incluido y también al check in. Pero luego nos hicieron firmar el cargo. Fuimos los 4 tarde, sobre la hora, y con los niños que apenas comen. Si sabía que era con cqargo no iba. Mala información, y al plantearlo no me se hicieron cargo

Localização boa. Serviço de concierge para os passeios foi bom. Bar do hotel também bom.

O banheiro tinha torneiras e pias antigas com rachaduras. Vaso sanitário entupido. O chuveiro era dentro da banheira e não tinha barras de segurança para sair da banheira. O quarto vizinho estava com música alta de madrugada e o hotel demorou para tomar providências. A reserva foi efetuada com a inclusão do café da manhã, mas tivemos problemas. Foi resolvido, mas com desgaste.

Para ser un 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear

En el comienzo éramos 4 dejaron todo para dos ! . La piscina HELADA!!!! El jacuzzi roto Las ventanas no se abren no hay ventilación. No hay accesorios de higiene personal porque no tenían más . Habitación ruidosa se escucha claramente los vecinos de al lado ! Para ser un 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear...

El lugar esta bueno pero las instalaciones de Spa no estan actualizadas y estan haciendo mantenimiento en el momento que se estan usando
