"Staff Went Above and Beyond"

Tomasa made our Christmas night! My lady forgot to pack wrapping paper and all that goes into it. I asked Tomasa at the desk if the hotel had tape and scissors to borrow as we were going to use paper bags to wrap. Not only did Tomasa let us borrow tape and scissors, she ran to her car and presented us with wrapping paper and bows!!! Tomasa made our Christmas night.

Breakfast was so so! Didnt have any coffee sweetener but sugar..... I cant do sugar!

we checked in on Sunday night late and asked for room service on Tuesday and the cleaning staff did a real half ass job.
