"Higher a company to fix things when shit is broken. The porters or staff is not qualified to work on everything. Great"

The staff but that is it.

My toilet didn’t flush and I personally had to fix it. Shower handle fell off when I tried to use it. I am a disabled vet and struggle to get up to my room because no elevator. I asked for 1st floor as well. So it took me 5 minutes to get to my room once parked.

"Feels more like a middle of the road small town place"

The staff was nice.

Too pricy for the quality. Walls too thin, could hear a lot of noise (alarm, conversations , TV, shower) from neighbor units; the floor laminate is loose, water from bathroom sink has weak flow. On feeder road of I-35, additional noise from freeway.

"Staff was great. The room was clean and smelled amazing. The hotel is a little outdated."

The breakfast was good. Location was great. It is close to Dell Diamond.

Could not park in front of our room. Could not park anywhere close to the room.

About the only thing I liked was the price

A/C unit didn't work properly, toilet ran unusual, tv remote didn't work at first, alarm clock ran all night (had to turn it down), room tiles were loose, and most importantly THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH HANDICAP PARKING
