El estacionamiento del hotel no lo pude usar para mi auto (BMW X1) porque el ascensor no soportaba el peso y tuve que ir a un estacionamiento privado a cuatro cuadras del hotel

Limpieza y ubicación

Un hotel bueno en una zona bastante buena para llegar a pie a todas partes. La habitación estaba muy bien. Estaba limpia y las camas muy cómodas.

Boa localização para chegar ao centro histórico, mas está numa zona muito suja.

Ficamos no piso 1. Os.vidros são mal insonorizados, ouvem se todos os barulhos da rua. Paredes do hotel mal construídas, ouviam se todas as conversas e barulhos dos quartos do lado. Quando os vizinhos saiam e batiam com a porta, a parede do meu quarto tremia.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Fairly easy to find the hotel via google maps (it was a Sunday evening) and the room was clean and spacious enough for us and our two medium size dogs. Fridge in room and 2 small waters was a bonus. No kettle etc in room but tea/coffee/hot water available in the cafe area attached to the hotel so no big deal. 15 min walk to main areas for food etc.

Our car with roof box was too big for their car park, which we knew in advance so was prepared for the alternative secure parking. You have to pull up outside the hotel (no idea if it was legal or not, to go inside to get directions to it, with 2 dogs still in the car). Then walk from the car park with the dogs and luggage. That all said, we knew this, but didn’t appreciate quite how difficult it would be. The walk from off site parking to hotel is very run down, I would not want to do it at night on my own, especially with luggage. The immediate area is run down and made me feel uncomfortable if I’m honest. The rooms are noisy from inside the hotel and from The street. We wouldn’t stay here again.
