Atención de los encargados, acceso privado a la playa, habitaciones muy limpias y las llegaban a limpiar a diario

Formas de pago en algún momento me indicaron que tenían problemas con el POS Al final lo lograron corregir pero estaban utilizando pago en cash como primer opción.

El sitio es espectacular, es un lugar mágico

Queda cerca a Tikal pero lejos del aeropuerto y la ciudad. Se debe tomar el tour a Tula con el hotel porque es más cómodo
