Location

We booked our room several months in advance. It was supposed to be a large, bright "Harmony" room. But when we arrived, we were given some kind of lumpy room with tiny vents instead of windows, opening onto some kind of utility lines. The room was very bad. When we checked in, they told us they didn't have another room for us. We were very disappointed! The bed linens and pillows at the hotel were also very bad. But my disappointment was even greater when, upon checkout, we were charged as if we had booked a larger, bright room!

Der "Ausblick" aus meinem Zimmer und Bad, 5 Euro extra wenn man einen Bademantel für den Wellness Bereich braucht, man bekommt außerhalb des Frühstücks nichts zu essen in dem Hotel
