Hampton Inn Seekonk

The staff was pleasant and the place was clean. There was a bit of a funky smell.

The beds were the worst I have experienced in 30 years of travel. The breakfast buffet was terrible. I cannot describe the texture of the eggs. I grabbed cereal instead.

Fine location

Extremely loud because of in-room refrigerator as well as unexplained mechanical noises. Could hear people using the bathroom next door, every time. Linens on bed were paper thin. Was awake most of night even though I was exhausted.

Our experience was wonderful as soon as we walked in the door to when we left. No complaints. We love HAMPTON INNS!

Location- close to so many places to eat. Clean. Room was clean. Pool was clean. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good. Loved the waffle maker.

Close location to our destination in providence.

Tournament team at hotel the same night. Loud, screaming, took over the pool. My 5 yr old was excited to swim in our vacation- unable as parents did not regulate their children’s behavior. Walking by the pool, she was knocked onto the stone when a kid ran into her to catch a football. Parents did not respond. I reported incident to front desk. Staff was very concerned and nice. Said she left a note for the manager. No one ever spoke to me again about the incident. I saw security camera in the pool area, guests unable to enjoy the facility, and no one willing to say they were not allowed to stay due to behavior. Very disappointing. I will NOT stay again.

Breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and just wonderful to work with. They all did a wonderful job, easy to get along with and they went above and beyond!

We had 3 adjoining rooms, with 5 dogs between them, and they charged us $375 for the pets per night. They failed to disclose this until checkout, which is dishonest. This policy is not on their website. Had there need adequate disclosure we could have easily kept the pets in our camper. The woman at the desk was unreasonable. We have family that recently moved to the area, but we won't be back to the Hilton Seekonk.
