Breakfast was awesome room was spotless and very comfortable very nice and modern will Def be staying again

Our recent stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating due to a complete failure in basic customer service and a lack of professionalism from the management. We specifically requested housekeeping for our room, but upon returning, we found it had not been cleaned. When we inquired about this, we were told that housekeeping was no longer available for the day. To make matters worse, the staff falsely claimed our "Do Not Disturb" sign had been on the door, which was completely untrue. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and offering a solution, the staff, especially the manager, resorted to excuses and offered no form of compensation for the service we were denied. We wasted time and energy trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place. The manager's handling of the situation was particularly unprofessional and not what one would expect from a hotel of the Hilton chain. This experience fell far short of acceptable standards. We were left feeling ignored and disrespected. Due to the poor service and unprofessional conduct, we cannot recommend this hotel.

The property was nice but there was a lot of construction going on around property.

Great Breakfast, good mattress

Room had a bit of musty odor

Reservation made thru Hilton two months in advance since I am a rewards member. Requested an upper level room away from noise, and highway. Not near elevator or ice machine. Could not guarantee but did not see a problem. I asked to be notified if there is any issue with the room request. Arrived to be given a room on the first floor, parked cars 15 feet outside my window, highway 30 yards away, near exercise room and service room, close to breakfast area. Room could not be changed due to major events. Will request a compensation. I will let you know.
