USUSIt was a fair location. Long way to walk to the stores. Long way to walk to breakfast from our room.
Was not aware of 15.00 dollar per day to park our car. This was the first time we have been charged for parking in the 45 years we have been coming. Will never stay here again because of that. The lady told me some people choose not to park their car there. Don’t know how that would even be possible. When I asked I was hatefully told the charge is in the description. I had to look for a while and finally found it. It was hidden in fine print at bottom. Somewhere I would never have looked. This made us extremely mad to pay an extra 45.00 dollars for something I was not aware of.
USUSWe usually stayed here as we went to the convention center which is really close. However, YOU MUST PAY TO PARK HERE even if you are a guest. This site lists them as free parking, but this is not correct.
USThe location is good. I have to say that ever since the remodel this location has went downhill and the price has went up.
Hate the rooms after the so called remodel
USTHE HOTEL'S LOCATION. THE ROOM WAS GOOD AND CLEAN, SUITED OUR NEEDS WELL,
OF THE THREE DAYS WE STAYED, WE ONLY HAD THE HOTEL BREAKFAST ONCE. THE CHOICE OF FOOD WAS LIMITED AND NOT THAT GOOD. FOR INSTANCE, THE FRESH FRUIT WAS CANNED AND THE CHEESE OMLETS HORRIBLE. WE ALSO RESENTED HAVING TO PAY FOR PARKING AT THE FACILITY, WHERE OTHERS OFFERED IT FREE.
USUSEverything was in walking distance. The location is amazing! Close to restaurants, shops. Close to the Smoky Mountains and 20 mins to Pigeon Forge.
The rooms were very small and the beds were not comfortable. The hotel room was out dated.
