Veruit het slechtste hotel gedirende onze trip in de USA. Voldoet absoluut niet aan de normen van een Hampton Inn. Men was wel bezig met een renovatie, maar dat zal weinig helpen als het huidige management niet wordt vervangen.

"Did not enjoy my stay and will not be booking again."

Management was courteous and polite.

They put me on the 4th floor and they literally were doing construction over top of my head. Didn’t make a big deal about it since they informed me that they were going to be done soon. The next day, I had to get my room switched (downgraded to a double bed) due to the same noise (drilling). I did not particularly like the fact that I was not in my original king suite. The manager did make sure I was ok and gave me extra points towards my rewards account which was much appreciated. Also bathrooms need to be updated
