There were bedbugs on the pillow, so I asked the staff at the lobby to change the room. Although they accommodated my request and moved my family to a new room, I found another bedbug again on the sofa. The staff informed me that the manager would contact me later and that I would receive a refund, but I have yet to receive any communication, whether by phone call or email.

Cheap and uncared for motel. Scratched and dinged furniture in the room, an overall feeling that the furniture and decor is ultra-economy quality. And we were in the very recently remodeled rooms! breakfast is very low quality and selection. I can't underscore enough how cheap this property feels, and how little the owners show any pride of ownership. There is nothing physically appealing about this property. The feeling in the room is depressing. The elevators are scratched and make scraping noises as they arrive on the main floor. Floor is the cheapest vinyl known to man - plastic and quite frankly, ugly. Textured walls and dinged up moldings, bad paint job, at best it feels clinical but not hygienic. Seriously, I work hard to not be picky and whine about things at hotels - but this place is really lacking. There is no care taken to make the hotel feel attractive and inviting. There are so many better places to stay, within the same price range. I strongly advise you to stay someone better.

I liked the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly staff

I didn't like that 1) The renovations underway left only one ice machine on 1st floor, (which was broken). The other one on 3rd floor(under renovation) should have been moved down for customer convenience. 2) The breakfast seemed as though it was frozen, reheated and served with little seasoning or taste. 3) The juices were watered down.

Not a bad hotel. It worked for us logistically for where we needed to go. The breakfast was good, typical for hotels of this size. Rooms were adequate, clean and quiet. It is mostly a tradesmen hotel, pick-ups and trade vehicles are there but the parking lot is certainly big enough. About the worst thing is the entrance to the hotel. It is dimly lit and there is a divider that looks like it's been run over a number of times. Be careful entering if you do stay there.

Pleasant stay at this location. Room is clean and spacious. Though there are some constructions nearby the hotel, but we didn't hear anything. We were placed on 2nd floor, it's quiet and peaceful. Staffs are friendly and thoughtful. Especially we reached out to the hotel to request early check in due to super early flight arrival, their staffs went out and beyond to make this smooth. Definitely recommend !

This hotel is great. I always stay here and it is always great. Clean and comfortable rooms at a fair price. Easy parking.
