Everything was perfectly fine. The apartment is clean, fragrant and well equipped. Great location, close to the lake. Great indoor parking, amazing staff - special thanks for Alessia, Grazie mille :)))

The location is just perfect, super close to everything - the lake, supermarket, restaurants, old town and the best ice cream (Flora) is right in front of the apartment. The host was wonderful and very helpful, made us feel like at home and made our stay realy pleasant.

It was great. The room was comfortable, it was oriented to the main street but it was really quiet. The staff was really helpful. We felt like home. Many thanks, and hope to come back.

Perfect accommodation on the main street. Great cleanliness, exceptional equipment, peace, comfort. Great communication with the reception, very warm welcome, willingness, helpfulness, communication. Private parking in the underground of the hotel is included in the price. We were completely satisfied, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. We can only recommend.

This was our second stay here as we loved it so much last year. Perfect location- 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 min walk into the centre of town and supermarket just around the corner. Restaurants below and ice cream parlour opposite! The apartment itself was super clean, modern and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening surrounded by the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly, really warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Air conditioning was not cool by many standards - it was set for Europeans and environmental efficiency.

Alessia was such a great host, a lot of information was passed to us before our arrival so we can easily find parking/set up internet connection. She helped us organize boat tour on the lake as well which was great. Apartment was super clean and that was really important for us since our 2 year old son was with us. Beach is couple of minutes walking away. There are couple of good restaurants around the place and shopping mall for anything more you need.

The staff were really friendly and helpful which made our stay fantastic. The location is great with loads of bars and restaurants right outside (which didn’t make it noisy) and the best gelateria we’ve ever been to right over the road! The centre of Riva is about a 15 minute walk which you can do along the lake and there are beaches around a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself was lovely - clean, spacious, comfortable and very modern. The kitchen means you don’t have to go out to eat every night if you fancy a quiet night. There’s an amazing roof terrace with sun beds, tables and some amazing views of the mountains, we also had a balcony with a fantastic view. If you have a car you also get an allocated parking space in their basement car park.
