The bathroom lacked proper storage or surfaces to place personal items such skin care or makeup products. The towels were old and worn and there were a noticeable smell of mold in the rooms

Everythinh was perfect only you need to work on WIFI

Location is down a dark road & location is out of the way. You will need to rent a bike or get a taxi every time you want to go into the centre. Also if you don’t like wildlife don’t stay here,Lizards in our room and around the pool area.

Kandarpa provided a beautiful and peaceful place to stay during our time in Bali. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and there was plenty to do in the area. They were also happy to help arrange day trips or other activities for us to do while we were there. The place itself is simple, peaceful and relaxing.

All the people who work there are very kind and helpful, they are attentive to everything.

The hotel is not exactly as it looks in the photos and it does not show you from the outside where it is located in an alley far from the main street and nobody knows how to get to that location, you always have to walk from there.

The staff was amazing, had all the possible facilities one could ask for, also scooter rental. Great stay :) Great value for money.

The wifi is a bit slow. The approach road to the hotel is not very good.

Rooms were nice, and modern. Bathrooms were nice. Didn’t smell, quite clean.

Many things we would rate badly: 1. The worst of all is the road to get in/out of the hotel. A dirt track with constant construction and diggers. Mounds of soil and mud which made it difficult to go through. Many times taxis could not get through to pick us up which was particularly dangerous as night as it is pitch black with no lights, so you are screwed if a car/bike comes. We also had it where we tried to walk onto the Main Street and we could not leave as the construction had completely blocked off the street with a digger. Another one of the days a truck had got stuck in the mud and again blocked off basically the whole road. For this reason alone I wouldn’t recommend staying here as if you are a tourist, it’s very difficult to leave the hotel. Another time, we got a taxi and a whole tree branch fell on top of the car and damaged his car. Very very dangerous, if this was a person walking or on a bike they could’ve been seriously hurt. 2. The hotel lets a dog run around unsupervised, this dog is cute however not trained and actually ochased me at one point trying to bite my leg. I’m an animal lover however if you are scared of dogs this is not ideal. I also saw at one point this dog and another dog play fighting and had actually jumped on a woman’s sun lounger biting each other and her stuff and she had to jump off. Again they should be more mindful that not everyone likes dogs. 3. The walls of the rooms are paper thin meaning we heard everything next door. At one point we had half an hour of a couple next door having s*x which was actually louder than our television😂they also smoked out the front of the doors which meant the air con was blowing cigarette smoke into our room. I know this is not necessarily the hotels fault but they should have rules for people to only smoke on balconies to prevent this. 4. We had food by the pool and had a pizza. This pizza was straight out of the freezer. Not a huge deal as it was quite cheap.

Bright, beautiful room, comfortable bed, and a lovely pool area.

Way too expensive for what it offers. The bathroom was dirty, and I've stayed in much cleaner, better-equipped places in Bali for a third of the price. There's no table for working. The access to the hotel is terrible—just a sandy path with huge holes and no lighting. You definitely need a moped or a Gojek/Grab to get to the center.
