Good hotel

Staff is great. Pool and hot tub and water toys. Free nice breakfast. Gym and laundry

Room was obviously recently updated and was very clean and comfortable. Shower was good. Damon who checked us in was charming and very helpful.

Small thing, but the bed had a metal plate around it which I kept touching with my foot and it made a loud clanging noise.

Overall, a good place to stay. Room was clean. Friendly front desk staff and decent breakfast options.

On arrival learned we did not have a first floor room and there was no elevator, suite was on second floor all the way to the end- moved a Suburbans worth of stuff to the room (was in the 90's and at high altitude for us sea level people) Wife went to flip a dirty cushion on the couch to reveal a bloody, body fluid filled cushion. called the desk and they said they would provide another room, down the stairs, back up the stairs all the way on the end of the other upper level. I stated I didn't want to move all of my items that far and they said , so sorry and that was all they could do- not that they would assist etc. I then stated I would would just cancel. Staff after about 30 minutes of me moving stuff back to car stated that they were going to charge me for the first night. I eventually spoke with the Manager who stated that they were in fact going to charge the first night because they offered a room to us. She stated her staff would have helped move our stuff even though they did not offer to assist. Manager also stated she would contact Expedia so I didn't have to. 3 weeks later I contacted Expedia and at least got the other charges removed. was very dirty with rear door propped open with Pine cones. Zero stars

The property is well kept, clean, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Pool area clean and fun for our grandchildren. Free breakfast was good.

Minor complaints were low water pressure and the tin kick plates under the bed that made noise if you accidentally kicked it.
