"Close to Centro and clean but lack of sound proofing from road was a deal breaker"

Great location close to the Centro and lots of restaurants and cafes. Clean and friendly staff. We had a “villa” room which was very spacious

The room had only 1 translucent window so natural light was not great. The biggest negative was that there was an old wooden louvered door that was screwed shut. The door was facing a fairly busy street which meant that there was no meaningful was to reduce car noise nor prevent hot air from getting into the room as the door had large gaps between the louvres. There was no coffee machine in the room, even after the front desk staff were notified.

"This is an old style Mexican hotel. Don’t expect luxury accommodations. I would stay there again."

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking around the central historic area. The room suitable and clean.

The shower head needs to be replaced as water is only coming out of half the holes. The shower control took awhile to get the correct balance between freezing cold and boiling hot. The restaurant charged me 105 pesos for a coffee. For another 85 pesos I could have had the whole breakfast buffet. When questioned why so much, they said it was because it was a large coffee ! Go figure.

Las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento al menos la que me tocó 325, la tele no funcionaba adecuadamente aunque se reporto.
