A localização é perfeita, próximo a Paulista, cafés, restaurantes, supermercados, metrô… O prédio é antigo, mas os quartos foram reformados, tem um tamanho excelente, com espaço até de uma pequena cozinha, com frigobar e microondas. O café da manhã é bom, diversas opções e com boa qualidade. Funcionários muito simpáticos.

Apesar do chuveiro ser muito bom, com ótima pressão e volume d’água, manter a temperatura é difícil. A água esquenta e esfria constantemente. Precisa melhorar a qualidade das roupas de cama e banho: o lençol é um pouco áspero e as toalhas de banho são muito finas e velhas. Poderiam disponibilizar uma bucha e sabão na cozinha, já que não faz parte da limpeza diária lavar os itens sujos da cozinha. O checkin deveria ser mais rápido, uma vez que ele já foi feito on-line. Acho desagradável que para você ter acesso ao Wi-Fi gratuito você precise se cadastrar membro da rede Accor. Todos os pontos abordados são pequenas sugestões para melhorar a experiência, mas que não desqualificam o hotel como uma ótima opção de estadia.
