Was initially given the, possibly, the worse room in the hotel(smelly of smoke and filth) Second room was ok but dingy curtains, smelly carpet, and no hot water

"Pictures lie"

When arriving the front desk guy was rude. When getting in the room it was dirty the shower was broken the pictures online are not truely how it looks in person. Its very run down the curtain doesn't cover the window. Doors are loud when being shut you can hear everything that goes on.

"MOTEL FROM HELL"

When I arrived agent didn't even great me at the window. Just stared at me. Then he started shouted to fill out the form. I WAS IN SHOCK!!!. I asked him, what's wrong with you to talk to me like am your child? He replied with arrogance, YOU CAN FILL A COMPLAIN WITH HOTEL.COM TOMORROW, NOW GIVE ME YOUR ID. He checked me in room 117, which was a dungeon from the dark ages. Room smells like a cheese factory, the ac unit sounded like a tug boat, furniture was old and dilapidated. The bathroom was ancient at best.TV didn't even worked. I went back to front dest to switch the room. I got room 115.....GUESS WHAT???. A REPLICAT!!!...minus the TV is working at least. I wouldn't rather spent a night in the wilderness than in this DUMPSTER of a motel from hell, where agent is arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional. I WILL ASK FOR A REFUND BECAUSE MY DISSATISFACTION IS EXTREMELY HIGH.

There were roaches in the room, the paint in the bathtub was peeling and there was mold on the back of a bathroom door. This was a horrible stay

Well lol #1 sheets didn’t even fit the bed ,#2asked for sheets to fit the bed ,the house keeping brought me the sheets !!!! My 3 rd day the sheets still not put on beds #3 I’ve not had no service at all

"Filthy and false advertisement. No breakfast. "

absolutely horrible - the advertisement shows free breakfast - there is NONE. Advises there is a pool - it is not in use and is filled with brown swamp water. The room was absolutely filthy. Black hair all over the bathroom and pillows. The door was jammed and you had to SLAM into it to get it to open from the outside and/or YANK it to open it from the inside. This was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Please do not stay here.
