Trash cans overflowing daily. Pool was permanently closed though advertised to be opened. Huge cracks and leaks in bathtub. Floors filthy and gritty. Room was not very clean. Parking lot was dirty with trash everywhere. Broken up parking lot difficult to drive though. Very noisy due to be located right by highway. Everything was dirty and felt very unsafe. Not as advertised at all. Will not be back

This property use to be nice and somewhat clean never fancy . But the new customer service people I’m guessing the owner family very rude no proper English but and there personality isn’t the best

It stinks needs touch ups holes in the walls for the price it isn’t worth it

Check-in staff was on her phone and didn't seem to be very welcoming. It took a while for her to identify our room and check us in. She didn't seem to be very capable of operating the computer to select our room and check us in. Not very professional. Our first stay at the property. The other hotels we usually stay in while in town were full due to nearby college graduation.
