The hotel reservation people seemed unqualified. The 1st one lost my information so never called me back, and didn’t sent me a requested email confirmation. I continually got disconnected when trying to contact the hotel. the 2nd person did not send me an email confirmation after I made changes to my reservation, and the 3rd one was rude, and also didn’t send a confirmation. I talked to 3 different people at the hotel and they were all unprofessional. I booked 2 rooms and I was afraid I didn’t have any when I arrived.

Booked for few days before marathon when all other affordable options were out. The only good thing about this hotel is that price was still ok. Maybe another one is bed, it was clean and comfortable.

Location is terrible (too far from city, 10 mins walk to bus stop, waited 15 mins for a bus). Room is pretty old. No kettle. No breakfast. Just nothing. It is just to have a shower and sleep.
