These people understand the meaning of "service". The staff was incredibly!

The staff greeting was exceptional. They were very nice and informative. The room was very comfortable. The price was great and the hotel was near everything.

Property was very clean and well maintained

The beds was very old and not very comfortable. The side of it was broke down from someone setting on it and felt like you were falling out of bed.

I had to think on this for awhile and short of the few comments on the breakfast, I could not think of anything. My wife and I came to spend four nights to get away and relax, and this hotel met every expectation ! The Hotel was very clean inside and out , the Staff was exceptional and very helpful, I am ashamed I did not right down the names of the Staff members who were so helpful. The front desk Staff were exceptional and so very helpful and genuinely cheerful. The lovely Lady who worked as Concierge, got tickets for us while my wife and I went to lunch and to look around town . When we returned she had already purchased tickets for us and got us great seats, what a great service. You can tell this Hotel is well managed and the fine people who work there are the ingredients that make it a special place. I had dropped my wallet outside with cash in it and someone returned it to the front desk, again the staff quickly determined who it belonged to and gave me a quick call to return it. Tell me where this happens anymore. God Bless the staff and the fine people of Branson. By the way Loved the Gideon Bibles in the rooms!

Breakfast was in a Great location, everything was very clean and orderly. The options for Protein were limited and not a lot of variety. We understand that in our current situation with cost still very high, it is hard for Hotels to keep cost down. However some fruit and potato options might really help make it a little more appealing. And there is nothing like the smell of bacon in the morning, I know I am being pretty critical of a free breakfast. My wife was really impressed with the fresh coffee, that always seemed to be fresh and available any time of the day. And she is hard to please when it comes to coffee. Again the staff kept the place constantly cleaned up and the breakfast bar stocked with food. Enjoyed the fresh cold orange juice every morning.
