the bed was comfortable

Not very clean. Air conditioner was old and working minimally.

The bed was comfortable. It shared the parking lot with a great Chinese restaurant. My two complaints are that we never could get cold water in the sink and the bathroom door stuck. We loved the location. We could walk to the Farmers Market and other places in the downtown area.

It was river side and close to all the restaurants and bars

Not a whole lot, except it was easy to find from the highway

well, the bed was about as wiggly as a slab of Jell-O. It was on a poor frame on a very uncomfortable mattress. The room smelled very musty. there were no outlet covers on the walls around the outlets. And then there was the road construction crew that worked until 4 AM. We got absolute zero sleep so we checked out early and they wouldn’t give us a refund.

They took in consideration, my age and health, and gave us a ground floor room, it was an upgrade since the lower floor units had 2 beds. Thank you for your generosity.

The sink did not have cold water and there was no coffee maker.

Blood on the bed, spread and silverfish in the bathroom..

It was affordable and convenient. The bath tub needs updating and the fan in the WC did not work. Bed was good and comfortable, but the fee for our dog was excessive @ $50 a night when they had hardwood floors and no carpets.
