The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so filthy, we didn’t even use the shower. They were stains on the sheets and unrecognizable things on the nightstand. We stayed one night and left.

Very central hotel, very convenient, with public parking for $38 per day right in front and the cable car a three-minute walk away. Clean, fairly spacious rooms, and an enviable location with lots of places nearby for everything from breakfast to a nightcap. Highly recommended.

Lo que me disgustó fue que me obligaran a llevar mi equipaje ya que me digieron no tenían bodega para el equipaje. Me extrañó mucho la respuesta de la dama que estaba en recepción puesto que he viajado en varias oportunidades y jamás había tenido ese problema. La dama en cuestión fue cero empatíca y desagradable

Clean room, parking available.

Although the location itself made this hotel very convenient, it was noisy at times. Refuge collection at 2am?? The hotel itself needs serious money spending on it to get it up to today’s standards.

Old dirty and unsafe

I want a refund. No a/c. Very stuffy in the hotel and the room. I couldn’t breathe. I left and got another hotel. I need a refund.

Great location and value. Easy access to all modes of ground transportation, inckuding trolley. Walkable to T Mobile Park. Nice dining options very close. However, very noisy. Homeless people are common, but not prolific.
