Este sitio es un desastre. Paredes sucias, baño asqueroso. Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque se salía el agua del desagüe. Pedí jabón y me dijeron que ellos no ponen jabón en el baño. Un engaño total, las fotografías son todo mentira

Scam, the pictures and the real rooms are totally different. No maintenance so everything looks dirty. The toilet and the shower was terrible. There’s a rat that lives in the stairs. There’s always like 10 people of the staff doing nothing, just resting. Not recommended

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! My door wouldn't shut from the outside unless I scanned my keycard a second time to trigger the lock. The TV in my room was smashed. I don't think that the AC worked, there may have been what I think was blood on the wall, the toilet didn't have a top lid, the room looked like it was still under construction, and for some odd reason there were children hanging around in the common areas; girls from 7-14 years old at the front desk, and boys 14 to 20 upstairs where the rooms are. I checked in for 8 days and only stayed 2. And the staff gave me issues about the payment that I made, and the refund of 6 days. As if basic math was out the door! I thought I lost my credit card there (I didn't) but after messaging the property to ask I only got a request for a review as a response.
