Host & Stay - Saint Peters

I recently stayed at this location and my experience was one of the worst I've ever had. The staff was unhelpful and only offered apologies without taking any real action to resolve issues. We faced constant stress regarding parking, despite providing our vehicle's number plate on time. In the end, we ended up racking up £175 in fines, which was incredibly frustrating. To avoid further stress, we decided to park and pay for parking ourselves, which was not what we expected since the booking was supposed to include parking. It turned out to be a complete lie, as they "forgot" to arrange the virtual parking for us. After persistently requesting a refund for the penalty tickets, we found ourselves having to escalate the issue to Booking.com. Thankfully, they were able to assist us in resolving the matter, but it was disappointing that the help did not come from the apartment host or management staff. If you have a car, I strongly advise against staying here. And if you encounter any problems, don’t expect the staff to listen or help you. It’s shocking how guests are treated at this place. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

I had an incredible experience staying at this house. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living areas were spacious and comfortable.

That the bathroom was downstairs

Truly awful. I travel for work and book at least 100 nights in hotels every year for the past 15 years. This was the absolute worst. Thank goodness that Hotels.com was around for me to move.

Nice house big enough rooms

No sugar in the property.Hot water an issue with shower upstairs and bath tap bit of a pain having to ask host a few times but was resolved.

Great situation

Kitchen tap drips. Hot water in kitchen and upstairs shower poor.

We were in Canterbury for a university graduation. Location was perfect for walkability of town restaurant and trains and busses as we were traveling without a car. Beds were very comfortable and linen clean. Nice little garden out back.
