The free drinks hour!! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room relatively small for an Australian hotel, although fine by UK standards. Handy for trams but up to 20 mins to get there and very crowded - definitely get a taxi if you have big luggage.

"Happy hour needs some attention"

Staff were quite attentive some more so than others

Happy hour wasn't the best. The wine was not the best it was one kind of white and one red the white was pino grigio but was quite sour.
