I have stayed here a few times now. I love the location, the pool and access to the beach. I love having a small kitchen and a bedroom in the room.

I have stayed a few times and this most recent stay was probably not the greatest of my stays. Bugs in the room and the pool was closed before dusk. The sign at the pool says 9:00am-Dusk. Dusk is not when the Sun is still above the horizon. I honestly don’t know if I’ll stay again just from this experience.

Breakfast, so,so. Everything else good

The ac was set at 61 degrees when we got in the room and everything was wet. Floors, bed, pillows, TV screen table. Was not happy.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly. I had no complaints. Love the location close to everything and easy to get to.

The only thing that I would suggest is they need to steam clean the carpets you could not walk barefoot on them or your feet would get dirty

The location of being right on the beach is the only reason why I booked a long stay.

The attention of customer service is so below a rating. The staff was never accessible at the desk. When you dial it is a busy signal, call again and it rings then busy signal. The manager did not address my issues which I was told I would be contacted by end of business day. I stayed for 6 nights and never heard from anyone. It is not my job to follow up. Pictures tell a story. They even called us to tell us we could check in early because our room was ready! Let me not give a special thank you to maintenance, Mike, who came to unclog the tub I took a shower and was about to take a bath. Thank you so much. General manager I believe we need to have a conversation on team work.

view was ok, but for what we paid we only got a corner view of the ocean

the bed was like sleeping on the floor. not exaggerating either, it was horrible! 7th floor king size bed. paid over five hundred dollars for a sore back, crazy!
