cleanliness did not exist. The tv remote was sticky. The door facing the ocean was filthy. The furniture was stained.the room had an odor to it. The bathroom was not accessible for ease of use. The hair dryer was sticky. Overall rating was poor.

Close to a few restaurants/bars and right directly on the beach.

There were a lot of lounge chairs but pool isn’t very large

Everything were old nobody clean the pool, no pool towels

the size of the beds were small and the room could have had a little extra care and it didnt smell good and all the vending machines were empty

A little run down but room is nice and big. The best thing is the ocean view. Parking is way too much but you can find a place off location if willing to walk. No breakfast is bad. Coffee at the restaurant is $3.75 but free in the lobby.

The location is great. The rooms have ocean views.

The property in general is short on cleanliness.

The breakfast was great, though a separate business from the hotel. It was worth the $15 per person. Good food, well prepared, great service. Good value. The check in was easy, plenty of parking. Nice view, right on the beach. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not.

The property is old and tired. The room has older a/c units in the exterior walls that don't do a great job of removing humidity and need to run almost continuously. The room had that odor and feel of too much humidity. The balcony door locks didn't work correctly, some of the mini blinds were damaged. The windowblinds are very difficult to pull down, very cheap blinds. The bed pillows were old, cheap, or both. They charge an extra $24 for parking -- it's a rip off. Adds 10 percent or more to the bill and it's not like they don't have enough parking. The check in person was very friendly, but one of the other staff members who seemed maybe at a supervisory level was not so friendly. I would definitely look for a different property the next time visiting New Smyrna.
