La porte de la salle de bain, on ne pouvait pas la fermé car elle tapait sur le bâti donc la porte était grande ouverte quand tu prenais ta douche, nous avions pris une douche pas trop chaude pour éviter qu'on face trop de vapeur pour éviter que la fumé ailles à la détection incendie. J'ai pris une suite avec un salon, canapé comme sur les photos, je me retrouve avec un lit superposé. Niveau hygiène, les moquettes sont pas propres On te vend une insonorisation dans le descriptif, je me suis posé la question si la fenêtre était ouverte car on entendait tous ce qu'il passait dehors, on entendait parlé les personnes au terrain de jeu pour enfant ! Horrible !!! Niveau petit-déjeuner, obligé de prendre 4 tasses différentes pour pouvoir enfin en avoir une propres ainsi que les assiettes avec des aliments encore coller sur l'assiette ! Pour finir, nous avons pris une suite, nous avons était mis au 2ème étage.. les chambres classique sont plus haut que nous donc avec + de vue.. Clairement déçu pour une chaîne d'hôtellerie comme Mercure.
